GRANADA CITY - HOMES FOR SALE WITH GARDENS

Ask any expat living in Spain what they miss most and the answer is often a garden. Properties for sale with a proper garden are hard to come by. Today i saw a few for sale in a nice area of Granada city Centre. A 10 minute walk around the streets off Avenida Cervantes led me to half a dozen homes and villas for sale all of which had a garden. This is just a 5-10 minute stroll from the Rio Genil in Granada. It is a residential area with a mixture of less than attractive on the eye tall apartment blocks and some truly luxurious villas with outside space.

Avenida Cervantes is a sought after residential area and prices can be high. But right now it is a buyers market and there is plenty of competition to sell homes in Granada. The city is a smashing place to live and in this area, with these properties, you have the best of both worlds. You are convenient for all the attractions of the city. You are close to the Ronda Sur that takes you to the Sierra Nevada ski resort and, the bonus, you have a private garden to enjoy.
